On a different but slightly related note: Anbody know a way I can make the mouse move very *slowly* and smoothly? When I want to draw freehand curves in GIMP or some other graphics program, I do 'xset m 1 1', but on my desktop machine it's still too fast; I can draw curves with the --- whatsisname --- the IBM-style nub thingy on my notebook much more easily than I can with a regular mouse on the desktop ... which is ridiculous. 'Course, if I were *serious* about graphics, I'd buy a Wacom artpad or something. Guess I'm only semi-serious ;-) Thanks in advance for any tips.
