tlug: printing Japanese possible with English Netscape?

Is it   possible to print  (or save  to postscript) Japanese www-pages
with an English  Netscape  version or is  it  necessary to  install  a
Japanese Version of Netscape?

I can print Japanese postscript files produced  by other programs, but
not those   produced  by  the  English   Netscape version   (Netscape,A.
Communicator 4.05).
