tlug: Problem: Japanese Man-Pages in XEmacs

Hi!

Does anybody have Japanese Man-Pages installed (e.g., from
TL2.0J) and uses XEmacs `M-x man' to display them?  I always 
get 文字化け.  On the same system, an Emacs 19.34-based Mule 
displays the same man pages without any problems.

Any ideas?
