This is very interesting.  I especially like the quote from Microsoft
officials that says that they were interested in "protecting their trade
secrets" in Windows.

I guess they're afraid that someone will have a look at it and find that
the comments in the code are written in Elbonian? :)

("Elbonia" and "Elbonian" are references that you have to follow the
Dilbert comic strip to understand...)
