LiteStep is a rather cool looking free replacement desktop shell for Win9x
and WinNT.  Its appearance can be highly customized, defaulting to a rather
good AfterStep imitation.  It includes a wharf and a virtual desktop
feature. It is very easy to install/uninstall by changing a line in your
SYSTEM.INI file (or the registry for WinNT).

This thing is great if you occasionally use Windows and get repeatedly
frustrated that right clicking on the desktop doesn't bring up your
WindowMaker menu.  :-) Or if you just want some good looking "themes" for
your Windows desktop.
