tlug: how to unsubscribe

Hallo, 

sorry for disturbing you guys with a stupid problem, 
but I  do not know how to unsubscribe. I tried almost 
everything and majordomo says that I need an approval, 
which I didn't get yet. after three days.
If someone can unsubscribe me, please do it...
