Doesn't parse.  Domain names and IP addresses are completely
independent.  Each A record in a domain can point to completely
different IP addresses in completely different subnets.

Given an individual host, of course, you can look up the IP address for
it.  But given an entire domain all you can do is look up each host in
the domain individually.

See the bottom of "http://rs.internic.net/cgi-bin/whois".  In America,
for example, "http://www.arin.net/whois/arinwhois.html" can tell you
what you want to know.
