For those who are interested here is the link to the Computernacht webpage: ccnacht.paderlinx.de. On this page they also have links and reports about the worldrecord Linux cluster. It`s in German, but maybe there is still some interest. The project was a coopertion of the German Linux-Magazin and LUGs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. They built a 512 node Linux cluster and ran several programs on it during the night from Dec 5 to Dec. 6. Among those was the rendering of a movie and several benchmarks which are aimed to determine the cluster`s place among the worlds 300 fastest computers.
