With the 3.3 branch, make sure that you are using the XF86_S3V server
(yes, yes, I _know_ that some docs say that XF86_SVGA is preferred -- we
want stability here, not performance).  The symlink /usr/X11R6/bin/X
should be pointing to that server.

There's an install script included in the binary distribution that we put
together.
