tlug: printtool in RH 5.1

When setting up RH 5.1 I may have not asked for printer controls in the
redhat control panel since I thought that I couldn't print off of my
HP820CSE with linux.  But since I found pbm2ppa, I now can print b&w.  But
I cannot find the printtool that is supposed to be in control panel.

Does anyone understand these unintelligible babblings?
