tlug: WNC - ONC clone?

Hello,

	I was down in Osaka over the weekend visiting the in-laws over
the weekend, and happened to see a commercial for "WCN" on TV. It
sounded like OCN, 128k full time, but for "only" 31,000 a month. I
tried search for it, but no such luck. Anyone heard of this?
