tlug: URL in the mailing list archives

I was searching for something in the mailing list archives today and
noticed that:

1) All of the URLs returned pointed at http://tlug.linux.or.jp/whatever

2) After clicking one of those links, I get the clock for a minute, then
it gives me the "Network error: unable to connect to server:
http://tlug.linux.or.jp/ML/9805/threads.html - The server is either
unavailable or busy.  Please try again later" message.

Does anyone else get this?  And is it an easy fix to change those URLs
to http://www.tlug.gr.jp/whatever, or are they all static pages?
