I'm sorry for  messing up the attributions.   I new that Manuel didn't
write the above  paragraph, but my stupid  quoting  made it look  like
that.

The  paragraph  about VC++  above was   in fact  written  by "Hirotaka
Yoshioka" <hyoshiok@example.com>.
