Hi, I'm trying to install linux (rh6.2) onto Digital HiNote VP545 notebook. It has er... Russian win95 installed on the only partition. Since it can use either floppy or CD, not both, I tried FTP install from my desktop. Installation fails with a bunch of python exceptions when I'm trying to repartition the disk. PartitionMagic 4.0 fails to make any change to the partition table, the error is: Error #600. Error trying to create batch file. BIOS doesn't have any partition table protection settings. Does anyone have an idea how I can repartition the disk?.. Thanks in advance. Viktor
