Pretty well finished with the printer installation, after lots of trawling
through the docs to lprNG.

My final problem is that all jobs sent through GhostScript 6.0 from
our Windows workstations spit out a final page with only:

  %%[ LastPage ]%%

printed at the top.

I can forward the PostScript trailer if needed, but first I wondered if
anyone else has encountered this problem, and already knows the fix?
