I've using Yahoo!BB and have web server at home. 
I've been rentaling name server from Zoneedit
(http://www.zoneedit.com/)(It's free!)

The combination is working quite good.
Yahoo!BB's IP address does not change so often.

So if you want to set up home server, I recommend Y!BB.
