[tlug] Administrivia: Post to tlug list from a subscribed address!

A reminder that for your post to be reflected to the mailing
list, you *must* post from an address that is subscribed to
the tlug or tlug-digest lists.  (Check the headers if you've
forgotten which address you used to subscribe.  :-)
