[tlug] aterm Japanese patch

The link for the Japanese patch for aterm seems to have gone missing in
action.  It's still available from FreeBSD/ports distfiles, but I'm
wondering if anyone knows if the site has permantly changed, or if the
patch has simply disappeared.  For the moment, I'm going to put it on my
site, but I'd appreciate if anyone knows anything about it.  (The only
googling I did was for aterm japanese patch and I had no luck).
