Not likely.  TLUG munges.  I respect the preferences of the list
members and managers even when they are braindamaged and wrong.  ;-)

Seems likely.

Was TLUG still using Mailman at that point, or were we back to
SmartList?  Mailman does have some issues with CFWS.  It's known to
replace a single leading space with a tab in some situations, which
drives Windows users (specifically Outlook, IIRC) nuts.

However, I don't think it should remove it.
