Which is why I don't use the gmail interface - despite the e-mail address.

When I see a thread with a different subject cropping up in the middle of
it, often for no real reason if you read the message body, at first sight
it looks as if someone has come along and hijacked the thread. I (and many
others) tend to ignore such messages.
