I would reccomend using a DB. I'm sure we can manage looking after it
without too much difficulty :-)

Hopefully we will be storing copious amounts of data in English,
Japanese and what ever other languages we can speakas a group. Storing
this in a DB with will help to ensure speedy indexing and searching
functionality.
