I mean that a DB is much more difficult to manage than plain files...
If somebody volunteers to manage a [whatever database], this is fine. If not, I prefer plain text DB wiki, where we can recover everything without knowledge...
TLUG wiki will be small, and I don't see the point to have a database behind it.
I may be wrong, of course.

I would reccomend using a DB. I'm sure we can manage looking after it without too much difficulty :-)
Hopefully we will be storing copious amounts of data in English, Japanese and what ever other languages we can speakas a group. Storing this in a DB with will help to ensure speedy indexing and searching functionality.
