No, strictly, there is a trade off between  brevity and readability.
You should write it short but have to cover all the things you want to say.
That's why Steve and me said you have to cut text.

Link dumping to anther site is just enough. This is a VERY NEW thought 
about economic aspect of FOSS.
I don't have the knowledge to advise, but if you have time, dig deeper 
into the keyword - dumping -
and FOSS, you will find something new. This worths a new page. I will 
love to hear from you.
