This is OFF TOPIC

I joined into a service of  050  number PC IP phone (Basic prise is 200 yen/month)
https://506506.ntt.com/ipphone/wlc/
The service has two limitations,
 - Only who lives in Japan can subscribe.
 - Can call from PC(w/ 050) make a call, however
   nobody can't make a call to 050 PC.

Maybe NAT Traversal issue is not fixedI think.
Support Center says 050 PC will also  receive call "in future".
(however they don't have specific plan)
It deserves 200yen...?

Verizon will quit similar service next month I heard. ..
I can't say this good service.Still Skype serves well.

Can we offer good service  by Open Source,can't we?
