When you're looking at any argument related to taxation, you do have to keep in mind that, though (from an economic point of view) real-world taxes are generally very inefficent, to have a government at all is inevitably going to involve a fair amount of inefficiency and it's still better than true anarchy. To get even more off-topic, it's very fun to tell Randroid libertarians that the sort of country in which they want to live already exists: Somalia.
