I guess you're looking for registrar service; are you also looking for
DNS? Keep in mind that these are two completely separate things, both
beyond any services (such as mail or web servers) you may also have on
that domain.

Anyway, I've been reasonably pleased overall with jp-domains.com. They
have kind of a mom-and-pop feel, but they will actually get responsive
with a real person whenver necessary.
