Slacware 3.0 vs. Redhat 2.1

Anybody here could give me a quick comparision between these two packages?

I just got my InfoMagic Linux Developer's Resources 5-CD pack, released 
last November, and it has both distributions. There's a machine in the lab
that I want to upgrade to ELF by re-installing from scratch. I'd like some
advice to choose which one to use.
