I'm using gnus within mule to read usenet, primarily to use the EDICT Japanese => English capability. I find fj.os.linux pretty useful. There is some good info from time to time. I also read fj.rec.food to locate obscure food joints in Tokyo and occasionally fj.soc.men-women to try to understand differences between men and women in Japan. If the mailing list is better than fj.os.linux, let me know. USENET is pretty good for my purposes in the Japanese Linux community. I'm there to get information mainly. Though, it would be nice to have more of the community spirit found on this list. ------------- Craig Oda craig@example.com TWICS - Japan's First Public-Access Internet System, TWICS - IEC Building, 1-21 Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160 JAPAN Main Reception: 03-3351-5977 Fax: +81-3-3353-6096 Customer Service: 3351-5481 Corporate Sales/Support: 3351-8452 ----------------------------------------------------------------- a word from the sponsor will appear below ----------------------------------------------------------------- The TLUG mailing list is proudly sponsored by TWICS - Japan's First Public-Access Internet System.
