For the non-technical person wondering how UTF8 affects them,
look under View in Netscape, encoding, and select UTF8.
You may have to install some fonts.
Linux has Unicode fonts as part of the Plan9 system. If you
want to play with unicode, there is 2utf, 9term, wiley, and
other unicode tools for Linux. If a TLUGer is wondering
how they can start experimenting with unicode, just ask.

Everything is downloadable from the Internet.

You can display multiple languages on the same page. Cool.
2utf is like nkf for unicode.

An important point of unicode is that there is an upright
smiley face character. Very nice.
