Hi, I am using the same card with one of my machines. And it works all right with Linux(Slackware, Kernel 2.0). I don't know what is wrong with your case. Maybe, you have to fix IRQ or Memory address in the Win95 machine so that the card will be configured all right with other memory and IRQ stuff.
