tlug: tlug.linux.or.jp temporarily unavailable

Hi all,

TLUG server has been moved under PSI through PHT yesterday, and 
has a different IP address.  DNS setting at JLUG has not completed
yet, until which the host address tlug.linux.or.jp is not
accessible.  Please use tlug.pht.co.jp REGARDLESS of what
the "Reply-To:" header says until further notice.
