tlug: tlug.linux.or.jp name inoperative

Alberto Tomita has caught the fact that the IP address of the TLUG server
has (apparently) changed.  You can still access it with the tlug.pht.co.jp
name, but the tlug.linux.or.jp alias has not caught up yet.

You just *knew* TLUG was too quiet this morning, ne?  Use tlug.pht.co.jp
until things get updated.
