What is the meaning of "マニュアルチック",
is that borrowed from "manual chick"? what is the meaning of this phase?

Example: （シフトレバーをＤレンジから横に移動させるとスポーツモードランプが点灯しマニュアルチックにシフトアップダウンができる）←この解釈がマチガイ！
